How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Any applicable shipping charges for smaller orders are calculated and shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?

Are your devices safe to use at home?
Yes. Every CellAura device is designed for safe, comfortable at-home use. We recommend reading the instructions included with each product and starting with shorter sessions as your skin adjusts. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before using light therapy or microcurrent devices.
How often should I use red light therapy?
For most of our LED and red light products, three to five sessions per week is a great starting point. Results build gradually with consistent use, so think of it as a relaxing part of your weekly routine rather than a one-time fix.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply email us at support@cellauraonline.com and we will guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
